Prayer For Those Affected By Winter Storms
Avinu Malkeinu, our Father and our King,
I come before You with a heart burdened for those who are facing the harshness of winter storms. HaShem, Your Name is holy and mighty. You are the One who set the snow in its course and the wind in its path. Nothing happens outside of Your sovereign will, for You are the Master of all creation.
Father, I lift up every individual and family affected by these storms—those who are cold, those who have lost power, those who feel isolated and afraid. I plead the blood of Yeshua, our Messiah, over each one of them. Let the shield of Yeshua’s blood be their protection, guarding them from harm and covering them with Your peace. Surround them with Your presence, and may they know that You are near, even in the midst of the storm.
HaShem, I call upon the fire of God—not the consuming fire of judgment, but the holy fire of Your Spirit. Let Your fire ignite warmth in the hearts of those who feel abandoned or hopeless. Let it burn away fear and replace it with faith. May Your Spirit fill them with courage and the assurance that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
Abba, I pray for Your miraculous provision. Open the storehouses of heaven to meet every need—warmth, shelter, food, and companionship. Stir the hearts of Your people to reach out and serve as Your hands and feet, reflecting Your love and compassion. May acts of kindness and generosity point others to the greatness of Your Name.
Father, glorify Yourself in this season of trial. May Your Name be exalted as people see Your faithfulness and mercy on display. Let Your Kingdom expand as hearts are softened and lives are transformed through the love and salvation found in Yeshua. May those who do not yet know You come to find hope and eternal life in Him.
Thank You, HaShem, for being a God who sees, who hears, and who acts. Thank You for the promise that You are close to the brokenhearted and that You save those who are crushed in spirit. May this time of difficulty become a testimony to Your power, love, and faithfulness.
