Prayer For Work
Prayer For Work: HaShem, My Provider and Strength
Avinu Malkeinu, my Father and my King, I come before You with a humble heart, seeking Your guidance, provision, and strength in my work. You are the Creator of all things, the One who gives wisdom and skill to those who seek You. "May the favor of HaShem our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us—yes, establish the work of our hands" (Psalm 90:17).
HaShem, You know my needs. You know the work that is before me, the opportunities I seek, and the challenges I face. Whether I labor with my hands, my mind, or my heart, I ask that You bless the work I do so that it may bring glory to Your Name. "Commit your work to HaShem, and your plans will be established" (Proverbs 16:3). I surrender all my efforts to You, trusting that You will lead me in the right path.
I plead the shield of Yeshua’s blood over my job, my workplace, my colleagues, my business, and every opportunity that comes my way. Let no weapon formed against me prosper, and may every obstacle that seeks to hinder my progress be removed. "But you, HaShem, are a shield around me, my glory, the One who lifts my head high" (Psalm 3:3). Cover me in Your protection, and let my work be fruitful and secure.
Send forth the fire of Your Spirit, O God! Ignite within me a passion for excellence, a heart that works diligently, and a spirit that honors You in all things. Burn away all fear, doubt, and discouragement that may try to take root. Let Your fire refine my efforts so that I may serve You with integrity and joy. "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for HaShem, not for human masters" (Colossians 3:23). May my work be a testimony to Your greatness.
Father, let my labor not be in vain. Open doors that no man can shut, and lead me to opportunities that align with Your will. Just as You provided for our ancestors in the wilderness, provide for me now. "HaShem will open the heavens, the storehouse of His bounty, to send rain on your land in season and to bless all the work of your hands" (Deuteronomy 28:12). Let my work be blessed, that I may bless others and further Your Kingdom.
I ask not only for success but for wisdom and discernment. Teach me to make righteous decisions, to be honest in all my dealings, and to honor You in every task I undertake. "The fear of HaShem is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding" (Proverbs 9:10). Guide my hands, my mind, and my heart in all that I do.
Above all, HaShem, let my work bring glory to You. Let those around me see Your light shining through me, that they may come to know You through my faithfulness and dedication. "Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven" (Matthew 5:16). May my work be a vessel for Your Kingdom, expanding Your glory on this earth.
I trust in You, HaShem, for You are faithful. You are my Provider, my Sustainer, and my Strength. I will not fear, for You are with me. I will not worry, for You hold my future in Your hands. I stand in faith, believing that You will establish me in the right place at the right time, for Your purposes and for Your glory.
I pray all of this in the mighty Name of Yeshua HaMashiach, my Redeemer and my Provider.
Amen and Amen!
